Det er halvparten av det jeg forbrenner p\u00e5 en times joggetur, men adskillig mye mer enn jeg forbrenner i sofaen (0 kcal per time i f\u00f8lge samme side, kanskje ikke helt troverdig). N\u00e5r vi er i fysisk aktivitet skilles det ut hormoner slik som \u03b2-Endorfin som gir oss en f\u00f8lelse av velbehag og som ogs\u00e5 kan dempe smerter[1].
